My right hand has been getting tingly at random times for a while now, and sometimes the muscles twitch on their own or something.

That doesnt mean you have probs with your blood circulation.. it might mean that there’s an inflammation in your muscles. my muscles twitch cos of that at least..

Yeah but I can’t feel it properly. Kinda like there’s a tingling in it. I don’t know how to explain it. :l

Maybe your nerve fibers are pressed because of some reason.
